A string and weight are included, so there is no need to worry about the balloon flying away.

The balloon can be floated with helium gas or inflated with a straw or hand pump. The balloon will not float when inflated with air, but it has a check valve that automatically closes after gas is injected, so additional injections can be made without hassle.
