While filling high-pressure rental cylinders requires some skill and knowledge, anyone can easily and safely handle disposable helium cylinders with relatively low pressure. If you're concerned, we recommend purchasing relatively inexpensive heart or star balloons to practice with first. Once you're comfortable, you can then inflate more expensive character balloons.

It varies depending on the manufacturer, size, and material, so it's hard to say definitively, but even a smaller balloon around 50cm can stay afloat for about three days. Anagram balloons tend to last relatively well; even their 50cm balloons stay afloat for a week. Also, the larger the size, the longer the floating period. For example, when Satchan tried it during winter, hers stayed afloat for two whole months.

We cannot do that. Shipping costs would become extremely high, and there is also a risk of breakage during transport.

The straw may be difficult to insert if it sticks to the filling port. In such cases, slowly insert the straw while rotating it. Inserting it while blowing into the device may help. For most products, the filling port is located at the bottom, often in the same place where the ribbon is tied. However, this is not the case for all products. In all cases, the filling port is integrated into the seam's adhesive surface, so please search carefully along the adhesive line. If you cannot find it, we can guide you over the phone. Before inflation, it has a C-shaped form, but when inflated, it becomes O-shaped. Please inflate it to confirm. We thoroughly inspect items before shipping.
